All Accelerated products are sold with a 1, 2 or 3-year return to base warranty. If you believe your product is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a return material authorisation (RMA). Please note that any product return without an RMA will not be accepted.
Customer is to pay freight for both ways.
After our engineers have confirmed your product is faulty a replacement unit will be made available.
Returns made under hardware warranty that are not faulty will incur a service fee of $110..
Configuration support is available on a time and materials basis. You may purchase support packs from our catalog.
If you are not familiar with network concepts we strongly encourage you to purchase a minimum of a one hour support pack with each product.
